At Mancera Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and include the provided RA form to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt, our specialists will inspect the seal and condition of the bottle, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
